- Replaced publish workflow with new release workflow modeled after other Chickensoft packages
- Updated auto_release workflow to use the new release workflow
- Updated GoDotTest csproj with fallback version number for release workflow
- Updated dictionary to recognize "devbuild" from fallback version number
